The Vice President of Franchise Development is a full-time leadership role responsible for scaling franchise growth and driving revenue through effective management of the franchise development process. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills to meet the company’s goal of awarding 3-4 new franchises per month.
Compensation:
- $6,000/mo. salary
- $4,000 bonus per signed franchise
- Annual bonus ranging from $10,000-$50,000 based on company franchise sales performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Franchise Development Manager and Franchise Relationship Manager.
- Oversee the full 5-step franchise development process, guiding prospects from initial inquiry through final award.
- optimize the franchise sales pipeline to improve lead conversion rates and overall efficiency.
- Actively engage with leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and other direct communications.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified franchise candidates.
- Ensure all interactions align with and reflect the company’s core values.
- Collaborate with the executive team to achieve monthly and annual franchise growth targets.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on development progress.
- Award 3-4 franchises per month
