This role manages and promotes the brand across all channels, ensuring consistency and integrity. The position oversees all marketing plans and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce and maintain brand standards
  • Promote the brand across all platforms
  • Manage marketing vendors and suppliers
  • Manage and own our custom Fitness App (Trainerize) for the franchisees
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • Develop and manage monthly social media calendars
  • Run and track paid social media campaigns
  • Create content aligned with brand values and mission
  • Implement SEO strategies in blogs, landing pages, and social media
  • Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions)
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall marketing experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and content creation
  • Proficient with tools like Canva, Buffer/Later, and Google Analytics
  • Passion for supporting individuals with special needs is a plus
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
