Special Strong is scaling to 100 locations in 2026 and hiring a high-energy relationship builder to be the first voice future franchise owners hear. Your job is to build trust fast, qualify hard, and move the right candidates into Step 1 of the franchise process.

Compensation

  • Base: $4,500/month ($54,000/year)

  • Bonus: $15 per qualified candidate who completes Step 1

  • Example pace (5 Step 1/day): $1,500/month bonus → $72,000/year total

What You’ll Do

  • Run 20-minute discovery calls using a proven deck

  • Build rapport and lead structured conversations

  • Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit)

  • Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum

  • Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity

  • Reactivate warm/inactive leads

  • Hit daily activity + conversion targets

Ideal Background

  • Relationship-based sales (inside/consultative/franchise)

  • Confident communicator, fast trust-builder

  • Comfortable saying yes or no

  • Organized, CRM-driven, accountable
