Special Strong is scaling nationwide — expanding from 25 to 100+ locations. We need a leader who can build, manage, and scale our digital growth engine. This role owns full-funnel performance: paid media, funnels, tracking, analytics, and the systems that drive appointments and franchise growth.
Flexible structure: part-time, full-time, or project-based depending on the candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
- Own the full growth strategy across paid media, funnels, and user journeys
- Lead cross-team execution with design, development, and operations
- Run bi-monthly performance reviews with leadership
Paid Media & Funnel Optimization
- Oversee Meta and Google ads: strategy, scaling, and optimization
- Build franchise-ready funnels that drive booked calls and quality leads
- Reduce acquisition costs through continuous testing and optimization
Tracking & Integrations
- Manage tracking for Meta CAPI, GA4, CRM, Calendly, Zapier, and franchise systems
- Diagnose and resolve pixel, attribution, and data issues
- Ensure accurate tracking of appointments, lead quality, and follow-ups
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance across ads, content, and user flows
- Deliver weekly reports with clear insights and actions
- Identify trends, opportunities, and issues early
