Director of Franchise Growth and Revenue
Location: Fully remote or in-person, with occasional travel to company offices in Allen, TX
The Director of Franchise Growth and Revenue is a full-time senior leadership role responsible for accelerating franchise system growth and driving revenue. This leader owns the entire franchise sales lifecycle, builds a predictable pipeline, and consistently delivers 3–4 new franchise awards per month, scaling toward 5–10 per month as the system grows. The role requires disciplined execution, strong leadership, and clear communication.
Compensation
Base Salary: $7,500/month ($90,000 annually)
Performance Bonuses: Total annual compensation up to $200,000, tied to individual and company franchise sales performance.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership and Accountability
- Lead and develop the Franchise Development Manager and Franchise Relationship Manager.
- Work directly with the Chief Development Officer to execute the franchise growth strategy.
- Set weekly priorities, KPIs, and performance rhythms for the franchise development function.
Franchise Sales Execution
- Own and optimize the full franchise development process from inquiry to award.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and personally drive direct outreach, follow-up, and closing activity.
- Ensure all candidate interactions reflect company values and support high conversion.
Operational Performance
- Improve conversion through process refinement, systems optimization, and consistent follow-up.
- Track and analyze KPIs, pipeline metrics, and forecasts for leadership decision-making.
- Hit monthly and annual franchise growth targets with consistency.
- Deliver 3–4 franchise awards per month, scaling as the system expands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing to align lead volume and lead quality.
- Partner with onboarding and operations to ensure smooth franchisee handoff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in franchise development or franchise sales.
- Proven track record of franchise system expansion and territory growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performance teams.
- Strong communication skills, high follow-through, and mastery of pipeline management.
- Data-driven, disciplined, and comfortable owning aggressive monthly targets.
