Special Strong is scaling nationwide—expanding from 25 to 100+ locations. We need a senior operator who can build, manage, and scale our digital growth engine. This role owns full-funnel performance across paid media, funnels, tracking, analytics, and the systems that drive appointments, revenue, and franchise expansion.

Total Compensation Range: $100,000–$150,000+
(Base salary combined with performance incentives tied to franchise growth, CAC/CPL efficiency, funnel performance, and systemwide revenue)

Key Responsibilities
Growth Leadership
- Own the full growth strategy across paid media, funnels, and customer journeys
- Align execution across marketing, design, development, and operations
- Lead bi-monthly performance reviews with the leadership team
Paid Media & Funnel Optimization
- Own Meta + Google strategy, spend allocation, and scaling
- Build franchise-ready funnels that reliably drive booked calls and high-quality leads
- Reduce CAC through continuous creative, audience, and funnel testing
Tracking & Systems
- Own the tracking stack: Meta CAPI, GA4, CRM, Calendly, Zapier, franchise systems
- Solve attribution issues, pixel breaks, and data inconsistencies
- Ensure accurate tracking of appointments, lead quality, and follow-up effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance across ads, content, funnels, and user flows
- Deliver weekly insights with clear, actionable priorities
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early to stay ahead of issues
